Thermal Imaging Inspection
Our project managers will perform a thorough thermal imaging inspection in all affected and non affected areas to determine the scope of work.

STEP 4
Category 3 Water Extraction
According to the IICRC sewage water is considered Cat 3, which is black water. The first step in cleaning up sewage is to eliminate any standing water or sewage to prevent secondary damage.
STEP 5
Removal of Affected Building Materials
The removal of any and all building materials that the sewage has come in contact with is the recommended by the IICRC to ensure that no secondary damage or development occurs in the home.
STEP 6
Heavy Cleaning & Sanitization
After all non salvageable building materials have been removed everything that remains must be cleaned with anti microbial, wire brushed and HEPA vacuumed.
STEP 7
Dry To IICRC Standards
According to the IICRC S500 the use of air movers are not prohibited on Category 3 water losses so a combination of air scrubbers and dehumidifiers will be strategically placed and monitored to achieve a dry standard.
STEP 8
Repairs and Reconstruction
Once your property has been dried to IICRC standards it will now be ready to be reconstructed back to pre loss conditions or better.
